Innovative Business Model
Innovative Business Model (IBM) on High Value Crops in a Farmers’ based crop rotation in Ethiopia is a Public Private Partnership Facility under the Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Food Security Facility sector run by four partner organizations including SNV Ethiopia. The purpose of the project is to design, implement and promote an innovative business model. The project primarily targets to enables Ethiopian smallholder farmers to transform their farms into cooperating food-producing enterprises, through embedding in a vital network of input supply, mechanization, knowledge, finance facilities and sustainable food markets. Target is representing SNV Ethiopia as a Local Capacity Building (LCB) firm.
